The "flagship" - very spacious two (2) bedroom, two (2) bathroom unit.   "Neumeier" takes up the complete top floor of the complex.   This apartment has a poignant romantic ambience perfect for a honeymoon or a romantic getaway. "Neumeier" boasts a well ventilated and elegant dining room with a large 8-seater dining table and a spacious living room.  A southeast gallery takes in the potted garden, while the gallery off the master bedroom looks out onto the main garden and the Caribbean Sea.  There is  a breakfast area off the kitchen and a bar counter with stools making for a comfortable relaxed atmosphere.  The well-furnished and equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher.  "Neumeier"  also has with it's own laundry centre (washer & Dryer).  All bedrooms are air-conditioned.  The master bedroom has a king bed and walk-in closet.  The second bedroom has two large single beds for your convenience.  The quaint enclosed boardwalk allows all occupants of "Neumeier" to enjoy the west gallery looking onto the garden and the pool-like caribbean sea.  You have to experience it to believe it.

This well-apportioned, beautifully decorated apartment looks directly onto the ocean and garden.  It is our most popular apartment.   You walk from your front door down a couple of steps into the garden and to the pearl-like white-sand beach.  From your apartment you will hear the constant sound of placid, gentle waves.  The small private patio is well-suited for morning coffee/breakfast.  This apartment comes with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and living area with a queen sized sofa sleeper.  Both bedrooms are air-conditioned and the second bedroom conveniently opens onto the laundry area.  This apartment is suitable for long-term as it is fully furnished with colour cable TV, DVD/VCR, AM/FM cassette radio, etc.

Apartment "DeV" is a bright, well-laid out apartment at the front of the building.  It has separate living and dining areas.  The living room has a sofa bed and a small private patio with a direct view of the potted hibiscus garden.   The dining room seats six comfortably.  This apartment has two (2) air conditioned bedrooms with double and queen beds, respectively.  Bedroom #2 conveniently opens into the laundry area.  There is a fully-equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee machine and blender.  "DeV" is outfitted with cable TV, VCR, and cassette radio, etc. and is available for long or short rental.

This is just the right environment for the tired soul who needs to reinvigorate after a strenuous period at work, or any stressful situation in life. You will find yourself sleeping to noon, and then spending the day relaxing on the beach or in the garden. Also perfect for the student who needs to get away from it all to ensure exam success. This is our most economical apartment.
