We want to make sure your stay
is as comfortable as possible so we also offer the following services:

based on your specifications
- Bring your own device (BYOD) and we
provide access wirelessly to the Internet
- We can arrange tours and sightseeing for
you
- We have available cribs and car seats
- We can arrange a nanny / babysitter for
you if you need these
- A cook or extra housekeeping we can gladly
arrange for you
- We can arrange massage/spa treatment for
you
Also, please note the following:
- Check in time is 3:00 pm and check out
time is 12:00 noon. We will try to accommodate early check-ins or late
check-outs where possible
- Minimum stay of three nights required
- Rates do not include government taxes
which is - (7.5% VAT)
- Included is the supply of Beach towels,
once a week linen change and maid service
- Each apartment can comfortably sleep 6
persons maximum
- Special discounts are available for long
staying and repeat guests
- Prices are subject to change without
notice
- We accept all major Credit Cards and
travellers cheques but telegraphic bank transfers are preferred.
Please note payment by credit card is at the bank U.S. selling rate
and incur a 3.95% handling / service charge
- A 1/3 NON-REFUNDABLE payment of rental
invoice is required as a deposit with booking to confirm accommodation.
- 15% surcharge for the period December 18th
to January 7th. Minimum charge for this period is 14 nights
irrespective of shorter actual stay.
- A 50% deposit is required for all
reservations including the period December 18th – January 7th.
- Full payment must be made not later than
on arrival.
- Cancellations must be in writing and not
later than 60 days prior to arrival.
- Refunds only if the space is re-let
for the same or greater period.
